“Alpha, there is new information.” My right hand man came into my room. I was almost angry that he didn’t knock but what was the news that he wanted to relay so bad that he couldn’t wait?

He entered fully. “Those men, your spies have been captured and — killed by Alpha Ralph.”

The information shocked me for a moment. What does he mean they have been captured and killed? How did they get captured? I warned them to be very careful of creating loopholes.

“Apparently, Alpha Ralph caught them somehow that they were the ones responsible for attacking his mate. He didn’t command them to do so. Naturally, he named them as spies, locked them up and killed them when they refused to talk.” He explained.

Damn it! My plans have been ruined now that those men have been killed. How do I roll the plans I’ve struggled to come up with for years into action now that the men I wanted to make use of are already dead?

Damn Ralph for this! “This wouldn’t stop me. Get ready, Ralph.” I whispered th
