Alexander POV

I was seated at my reading table going through some files that have to do with the pack issues. It is never easy being the next Alpha in just a few months to come and also being the president of a large company but I have always been prepared for this since I was young and this is what my mother wants me to be. The true son, the heir to the property because she and father suffered together before coming this far. So, this was her last wish for me. And this wish I must fulfill till the end taking care of all my responsibilities and not allowing my stepbrother Antonio to take away what is rightfully mine.

A knock came on my door distracting me from what I was doing. ”Come in.” I ordered all my attention still on the files I was going through.

Being Alpha and a president is never easy to be controlled by one person. When I am in the city I will have to behave like one and when I'm here in the pack, a place I called home I will have to behave like one living two lives
