Ashley's POV

Shawn was already waiting on his horse. I climbed up and we galloped out of the meeting site.

Shawn seemed to be in good spirits, he made the horse go slowly as soon as we were away from the cave.

"The palace must be a place of comfort," he said, his warm and moist breath grazing the nape of my neck.
