CHAPTER ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY THREE

Ella's pov

I sat beside my father and lay my head right by his hand, not wishing to leave anytime soon.

"You're not wearing shoes Ella, it's not healthy to do that," Klaus said, but I didn't move a muscle or even act like I heard him say anything.

"Miss, can you please step outside for a while?" A nurse asked as she walked in with tray in her hands.

I stood outside the door, and as I stared at their motionless bodies, I couldn't stop myself from crying all over again.

"They left the house hale and hearty, only to be brought in on stretchers, completely backed out.." I muttered and glued my eyes to a spot. Klaus rubbed my shoulder gently, but that wasn't even comforting in the slightest ways.

I was extremely broken and devastated. Recovering from this will only be determined by how fast my father and brother get up from these beds.

"Find whoever did this, Klaus. I want them brutally and painfully slaughtered.." I gnarled, and he let out a sigh like he already knew who it was.
