Episode 26 - All My Heart’s Desires

I wondered what was up with Asher today.

Funny how he'd make a rule that I steered clear of his face and insulted me when I don't do it only to come doing the same thing.

The hypocrite!

I watched as he chatted with that girl from yesterday all the while making eye contact with me.

I turned to see that Cole was the next in line to be served. He had insisted that I go get us comfortable seats.

Cole showed up this morning with a bruised face and when I had asked he had said he got involved in a mini accident, in which he was carrying some boxes down the stairs.

He had tripped and found himself face planted on the floor at the end of the stairs.

But when I noticed that Asher's face had similar bruises, I began to think that my best friend never tripped from the stairs afterall.

I spotted Asher walking towards me.

What the hell did he want now?

Didn't I make it clear when I said I didn't want to talk to him earlier?
