CHAPTER 15. PAIN IN THE CHEST

Alex was silent for a long time. He wondered if he needed to explain his relationship with his ex-girlfriend.

'Why would Angelina ask that? Does she really want to know, or... Is she jealous? I saw her expression change when she asked that.' Alex said to himself.

'Maybe I do have to explain to her, so that she believes me, that I really love her. But... should I?' Alex thought again.

"You rest. I won't bother you." And finally that was the sentence that came out of Alex's mouth.

Angelina rolled her eyes lazily. She turned her back on Alex just like that, showing that she didn't want to talk anymore.

"I hope you get better soon."

Alex stood up, but before he left he took the time to say something.

"Angelina," Alex called.

Angelina didn't turn her head, she just glanced through the tail of her eyes briefly.

Alex was annoyed by the girl's behaviour. He couldn't stand being ignored, so the man pulled Angelina's shoulder making the girl turn around. Looking down, Alex kissed Angelina's lip
