CHAPTER 17. ACCORDING TO ALEX'S VIEW

"Why did you bring me here, Alex? I want to go home to my own apartment." Despite her weakness, Angelina still had the strength to voice her protest.

"Don't ask me to argue. You live alone in the apartment, no one will take care of you there," Alex retorted.

"I-"

"Don't tell me you can take care of yourself. I found you unconscious after you ran away from my house," Alex cut in quickly.

Angelina snorted in annoyance. She couldn't argue right now, she didn't have the energy to do so.

"Come on, don't reject me again," Alex continued.

Finally Angelina could only surrender, Alex took her to the room.

"Alex, this is--why are my things here?" Angelina was surprised.

"Angelina, please don't ask too many questions and don't argue too much. I have decided that you will live with me from now on, here, in my house." Alex said firmly.

"Alex, you can't decide this alone. It concerns me, why didn't you discuss this with me before?"

"Angelina, I don't want to take another rejection!" Alex exclaimed
