Shit, shit, shit. . . the child . . . Oh my God. . .

I glanced out the window, and there I learned that it was morning and the sun was out.

“Dave, Dave, Dave! Hey, wake up . . .” I shook him and disturbed his good sleep. “Hey, Dave. Wake up!"

“Baby, what is it. . . I'm still sleepy,” he whispered.

"Baby your face," I said as I slapped his cheek. But he hauls me into his side. "Dave, get up—"

“Is there another one? Later . . . later, okay?” he said straining to open his eyes.

I left next to him and reached for the robe it had thrown aside last night.

“I don’t need more, Dave. Get up. Faster. Your child is out there. She's making a loud noise. So, get up.”

“Come here, Brii. Our child can't open it because I doubled the lock before sleeping next to you,” he said lying down.

"Oh, what a good father," I said.

"Is it still me. Will it make us a baby if it doesn’t?” he smiled and even winked at me.
