ARABELLA POV

I looked around my house, surprised at my new visitors. No, scratch that, I was nothing near surprised. I was actually kind of infuriated that they were in here, with my children. Delinda and Declan stood up from where they sat on the floor, but they remained there upon seeing my dark mood.

“Do you always do this, walk into someone’s home unannounced?” I asked with gritted teeth.

Craig started to speak but Rhys stepped forward instead, subtly shutting him up. With their body language and the way Craig immediately understood and laid back, I knew something was up that they weren’t telling me. What were they doing here? Had they found out and were trying to do something to me?

“We were just passing by and I wanted to see you,” Rhys lied smoothly. “I wanted to make sure you know that tomorrow is the day for the opening.”

“The opening?” I asked, distracted.

“Yes. You know, the whole drugs thing that we need to introduce to the public? It is tomorrow, isn’t it?”
