ARABELLA POV

Ever since Mia caught Rhys here, I haven’t seen him. I won’t say I was missing him, but we had a lot of unfinished discussions that I would like us to conclude. There were so many things I wanted to tell him, so many questions I wanted to ask.

Sighing, I looked around the empty house and tried to find something to keep my hands busy. The triplets were at school so the house was literally quiet and in order. I wish they were not; I would love to keep my hands busy so I won’t have to think about him. And it isn’t like I was falling in love, but I would just love, love to get to finish up that conversation about his selfishness.

Sighing, I rubbed my hands on my face and went on to pick my phone. It felt like ages since I last spoke to Jenny. What the hell was keeping those test results, anyways? She should have sent it to be or better yet, texted it to me. Filled with a new found purpose, I dialed her number.
