I walked out of her sight and to the corner, heading to Bruno’s room. She would have to check up on him and make sure that Mia’s tantrums did not in any way affect him. Her anger was just the exact reason why I did not like her. Always angry, always grumpy. She always had one thing to say after the other. Just at the dinner party, she dared to publicly ask me why I did not complement her beauty. First, there was nothing to even compliment, and second, did she seriously have to embarrass me like that, after everything I had done?
