ALLYSA'S POV

“Good evening ma'am.” Benny greeted as I made my way into the house with several shopping bags. “How was your day? I should help you with these.” She said, taking the bags from me and walking up the stairs.

“I'm fine Benny, my day was great too. I had fun.”

“I'll set the table.”

“I'm not gonna have dinner, I'm full you should serve Lucas when he gets back.” I said and she nodded and walked out.

Sighing loudly, I placed my bag on the bed and proceeded into the bathroom to have a shower and change. By the time I came out, it was already dark and Lucas was not yet back.

I settled in bed, turning on the TV as I began scrolling through the channels.

“You came back early.” Lucas said, walking into the bedroom as I smiled. “I sure did.” I replied as a knock came through the door.
