Chapter 98: New Relationship

MAX POV

I stood in the kitchen stir frying the sauce when the blaring tune from my phone hit my eardrums. I quickly turned down the gas and walked over to pick my phone. Thankfully Allysa and Ariel were sound asleep so I decided to prepare lunch in case she wakes up and decides that she wants to eat.

I checked the screen and it was Leah.

“I told you not to call me during these hours, it's still day time over here.” I said lowly, walking out of the house.

“How's she? Did she accept your proposal to be her boyfriend?” She asked and I sighed.

“She must have loved her husband so much, she hasn't said a word about it but I'm preparing lunch and__”

“Make sure she accepts it! I'm paying you for this do not make me angry!” I scoffed.

“You're paying yes but do not threaten me, I have your secrets up my sleeves and trust me if not for the huge sum? I wouldn't think about working for you!”

“Make sure she accepts, buy her lots of presents, take her out, spoil her and trust me she'll be yours.”
