Chapter 27

Brooke's pov

"Brooke you need to come to the hospital immediately," I hear my father's voice through the phone.

I look at the time it's only two in the morning why the hell would he call me at this godly hour?

"Brooke you need to come it's Martin," my father said again.

I feel my heart racing at the mention of his name.

"Dad what about Martin is he alright?" I asked getting up.

"Honey just get here I have sent Samuel to pick you up now hurry."

I immediately run out not caring if I'm still in my pajamas I saw Samuel and I got into the car and ask him to drive faster.

What happened to Martin? He was with me the whole night or was it just a dream?

As soon as we got there I run in and saw my in-laws, my father, Jackson, and Payton standing there with sad looks on their faces and my mother-in-law crying hysterically.

"Dad?" I asked concerned.

My mother-in-law turned to me, "This is your fault! He died because of you!" She yelled pointing her finger at me.

"Who died?" I asked and saw Payton
