Chapter Twenty Five

He remembered everything, well at least the important stuff.

Christian told him that he would need a trigger to help remember.

A part of him hated that the trigger had to be his father.

Looking at the files in front of him, he let out a deep breath.

His eyes traveled down to the three signatures, his father's in particular.

Excitement was not in his vocabulary, but secretly the truth was that he had been thrilled to work on this project with Morgan.

His father just ruins everything just like he ruined his childhood.

"What's with the frown on your face son?"

"Is that how I trained you? To ignore your elders?"

Still, Ryke kept quiet.

Richard pulled up a chair and sat opposite him.

"How are you son?"

And that was all it took for Ryke to snap, "Will you cut the crap out with the son?"

Richard smiled, "Ah, he speaks. So tell me, what are you working on? Maybe your old man can help."
