Author’s POV....

Amelia left with her mother and Nathan faced Katrina. “So you were the one to buy that dress to Amelia. Here, I was wondering who bought that to her.”

Katrina was fuming in anger and frustration. She wasn’t being able to believe she got covering up for Amelia where she would have been the one to expose her acts in front of everyone.

Nathan’s words just added some fuel to it. Glaring at him, she spoke up, “I don’t know what did you do but I am going to make sure that you can’t make it to win this little game of yours. If you had known me well, you wouldn’t have messed with me, Nathan. Not at least for that bloody..”

Nathan spoke up in between getting enough, “Hearing you now, the Nathan you knew all along probably would have said ‘You shouldn’t call her by that’. But I have reached that point to say 'Don't you even dare to call her that.’ And about messing with you, give it a try to do something.”

He was about to leave but got stopped and staring at Katrina, he added,
