Chapter 37: Being honest

"Look who's having a good life. It's still your work time, but you're sitting here and eating." Jennelyn said mockingly.

"It's normal for a starving person, isn't it?" Jennifer answered her cousin nonchalantly.

"So, you're going to prioritize your stomach over Aunt Amber's health and well-being?!"

Jenny didn't seem to care about what her cousin said. She just continued eating. "What for if you are there to show off your kindness in front of your fiancé?"

Jennelyn folded her arms in front of the woman and did not like her talking back at her. "Don't talk to me like that! Do your work properly if you don't want to get fired!"

"I also need to fill my stomach so I don't get sick." Jenny calmly replied. She was in no mood right now to fight with her impostor.
