Chapter 9: The Markings

As I study the photos from the last night's crime, noticed something familiar. I zoomed in into the corpse's forearm that has a tattoo. But half of it was covered. Then I realized, it was the same as the one Nick printed out. So I side by side the two images, and it was confirmed. I asked Nick to come over to my desk to look at my discovery. 

"Is it possible that the victims were members of the occult?" He gasped

"It is possible, but why would they kill their member?" I gather up the evidence "Let's go to the morgue and check if the other victims have the same tattoo." 

We Rushed into the city morgue and examine the corpses one by one. The smell of the embalmed dead bodies makes my stomach turned, the smell of the chemical mixed with the slowly rotting, cold bodies makes it worse. We gathered all of the bodies
