I didn’t tell him to kidnap you

On opening my eyes this time around, I was hit by total darkness. It was so dark that when I raised my hands, I could not see them, and the more I realized how completely dark it was, the more fear began creeping in on me.

It was not one that I feared the dark but the feeling of the unknown in my current situation had me feeling scared.

The unknown of what happened to me, why my body aches from head to toe, of what they did to make me be in such pain, of what might be lurking in the room that I have no awareness of.

But most importantly, the unknown of not knowing the identity of those that took me as I could still remember how the guard that took me changed into another person before me.

But one thing I was sure of was, they weren’t Dante’s enemies but were one of those that were after me.
