Celine Coleman POV

"Get away from me!" Jeff slapped his medicine off my hand and sent it pouring on the ground, and I sighed. He had been like this since yesterday night that he woke up, and not that I blamed him for anything, anyway. He should really be mad at me for what happened.

"Can you stop being like this already, Jeff? You need to take your medicine if you are going to get better. You can get mad at me later after you are perfectly fine," I tried to talk to him, but he just glared hard at me and scoffed.

"You disgust me, Celine. I curse being your brother," Those words pierced through my heart like a sharp dagger, and as much as it hurts, I tried not to show it.

"You can curse me all you want, Jeff. Can you please take your medicine? Like I said, you can get mad at me later when you are fine enough," I pleaded with him, but he scoffed and turned his face away.
