“Are you sure you want to hand over this job to her?” Evan asked in a suspicious tone. “What if she does something to Lara?”

“I’m sure my woman can handle it.” Mike replied proudly, but a second later his expression turned serious. He got up from his seat and stepped closer to the window.

“Don’t forget our goal, Evan." He reminded. "So mind your manners. I don't want one mistake to make them suspicious. We have to be patient until the time comes.”

“Yes, sir.” Evan bowed respectfully. "I will keep it."

“And get Cale over here. We need to take care of that bastard and his men as soon as possible before my wedding.”
