MELVIN

As the evening steal across the sky it came with darkness and restlessness.

It had started as a long night for him, one of those nights that came with his frequent nightmares. He had tossed and turned on his bed before finally getting up

All he wanted was a need to clear his head and not have sex like he frequently does, so he had walked into the garden where he had seen them earlier this afternoon, the garden that still had the memories of her.

He stood in the darkness, his figure well hidden by the tall trees shading off the moonlight and crafting a perfect camouflage as he remained hidden.

It was through this darkness that he had seen her walking out to the field, glancing over her shoulders as he walked but not noticing him.

He had wanted to stop her but his heart didn't, he wondered why she was up at the same time as he was. Was she having the same problem of sleeping ?
