Shopping spree 2

/Brian’s POV/

After I left for the terrace on the last floor, I didn’t have a lot to do, I just stared into space for a while, then when I needed something to do, I had to tell my PA to help Meelah move office because I didn’t know how Meelah was going to feel about the whole office movement especially when I didn’t discuss with her first, so I didn’t want to run into her.

Exactly twenty minutes later, I took the elevator to my office where Amelia had taken Meelah’s place and without wasting much time I turned on work focus on my iPhone so that I wouldn’t be disturbed by any notification before I got down to business.

A few minutes into my work, I remembered the spicy chicken that I brought back with me, so I instructed Amelia to put it inside the freezer before I continued with the work that I couldn’t do because of how tense the office environment was that I didn’t realize that time had gone, till Meelah came over to drop off a document for me to sign.
