CHAPTER 23

LUKA’S POV

I was in a meeting when I received a message. At the beep of my phone, I wanted to ignore it because I thought it was something I could attend to later but when I realized it was an image, my curiosity got the best of me and I opened it to reveal the worst nightmare. My fingers trembled as I quickly picked up the phone to prevent the person sitting next to me from seeing it.

The more I looked at the picture, the more I lost my sanity. My vision was becoming blurry with anger and I found myself going crazy as I was so close to losing control. I stood up immediately and rushed out of the meeting. The meeting was with another pack’s Alpha who was proposing joining alliances with my pack. His idea was bizarre to me and I regretted traveling all the way to his pack just to hear him rant about how useless he would be in a few days if we join alliances
