He remembered..

Watching him leave after his speech made Kelvin breath out in relief, it was great he wasn't discovered well, he had really changed and wasn't the weak Kelvin who could be bullied or tossed around anymore, he was stronger and puberty sure had hit him hard because he looked matured in a very good way though so it was a great thing. Right now he couldn't be more grateful Kelly had forced him to go gyming and watching his diet. She was his saving angel and he was grateful for that. He prayed it would remain like that, it was nice if they didn't know each other that way he could avoid a lot of things till he had a good reason to resign

"Don't tell me the new boss affects you too... Wow even the almighty Kelvin can get scared, I'm impressed" Steven teased walking up to him

"Scared my foot" Kelvin muttered, if this idiot knew what he had gone through in the hands of that bastard he wouldn't be saying trash

"You're sweating all-over man... Don't tell me you ain't scared cause you look more than it, go check a mirror yourself and see"

Rushing to the rest room he looked at the mirror and gasped, Steven was really right, he looked like someone who had just escaped hell, he washed his face before heaving out a sigh. After checking and fixing himself he returned back to work like nothing happened and it continued like that till it was closing time.

Scattering all the things on his table he shouted as slumped to the floor.

How could he not remember him huh?? After everything, how could he still be happy after leaving him shattered huh???

"Kelvin!!!" He screamed hitting hid fists on the floor in anger and agony

Someone rushed in and dragged him to a sit nearby before picking up the phone to call one of the servants to come clean the room up

"Stop doing this to yourself Kales, I told you if you continued with this plan then you were going to get hurt yet you didn't heed to my advise"

"Da*n it Tonio how could he just forget me huh... Was it because of the bullying ??? Or was it because of that night??! I haven't changed have I???" He asked, his face feeled with so much worry and pain as he was trying his hardest not to cry. Looking at his buddy in this situation was heartbreaking

"How did he react when he saw you let's see if he actually doesn't remember or is pretending to not do so"

Kales memories wondered back to when he stepped into that room, his heart had been beating so fast as he tried his best to control it, he knew who he was going to see there and was actually anticipating it. The first time they had bumped into each other he had rushed off and he wasn't sure he( Kelvin) remembered him but after stepping into that room he felt like his whole being has been crashed, Kelvin didn't even look st him twice and had continued to look at his documents like he didn't exist.

"He didn't even look twice, just one glance and I didn't exist anymore to him till I left, do you think he's angry I bought the place or thinks I'm overbearing??"

"Well it's either that or maybe he doesn't actually remember or he's pretending not to remember you" Tonio stated and Kales frowned

"Well either ways I have a plan for you to figure out which boat he is in"

"Really how???" Kales asked and Tonio drew him close whispering something into his ears causing him to smile.

"Ok I'll try them out, he had better remember me though. I have a lot I want to let him know" he said dreamily with a smile and Tomio rolled his eyes... His friend was a lost one for sure

Getting back home Kelvin had breathed out everything to Kelly and now the version of her he was seeing was really very scary. She had refused to talk to him and had been sulking all day long. He could get why, who would want their best friend to stay where they would suffer especially after he had been a victim once.

After dinner they sat together to watch a movie and she kept sighing, turning to him she said in inr breath

"Kel.. quit your job I don't want you to suffer again. Up until now you still are recovering staying there would murder your physical and emotional health"

" It's not that simple but I'll try to do that tomorrow, actually I was thinking about quitting too. It's just that..."

"Just what!!!!" She shouted cutting him off

"Just that you'll wait and beg for death first in that place rather than leaving now he doesn't recognize you... Is that it!!?? Or wait perhaps you want him to remember right" she finished angrily before standing up and leaving him in the living room

Never in seven years he knew her had she loosed her cool, this was the first time and he was scared for her, sometimes she acted like they were soulmates but that was to protect him only someone who truly cared would act that way towards him

Tomorrow he was going start his resigning process, the fact he didn't recognize him now didn't mean he wouldn't in the future so it was better to leave before it escalates. Finally msking up his mind he headed to bed to sleep thinking of the reasons that would deem it fit as the reason his resignation.

Somewhere in the city someone could be seen making a phone call with anger written all over him

"He has finally gotten his Location, didn't know he was so presistent. He sure did cover his tracks well this time around" the person said over the phone with worry

"After all we did to hide his identity, seems like his love for him is no joke at all" the person on the other side replied

"It's a good thing he actually hates him with passion that can be our stepping stone to destroying whatever it is he's thinking about them becoming in his mind"

"Should I get on with plan B right now???? It's better safe than sorry you know"

"Nahhh he's having doubts about been in the same working environment with him all he needs is a little push and I know who can help us subconsciously achieve that die to do much care, let's see how it goes first"

"Well whatever it is you have in mind do it fast, he shouldn't get to know the truth by all means, you know what that means for you... Us right???"

"Do you think I'm stupid??? That's not going to happen under my watch, letting him find out would mean I don't stand a chance with him anymore. I can't risk that ever"

"Well keep me updated and when it's time for plan B let me know so I can come back, bye bye" the person on the other side finished before ending the call

"Machelin Kales you can't just come and destroy what took me years to build, Kelvin can only be mine anyone who gets in my way gets eliminated no matter who" the person muttered with a smirk before leaving
