Chapter 13: So it's You?

Serene was still puzzled of why Bailey suddenly left in a hurry. She told Serene that she is sleepy, and she need a good rest. That was too random, but Serene just let it slide. She know that her friend was not in a good mood, and taking a rest would help her.

Serene helped Josie with the grocery. She had been in the island for a week now but she haven't stroll around. It was nice that she able to join Josie on the car, and drive to the only grocery store in the island. She hadn't been paid yet so she only bought two chocolate bar, with the last coins in her purse.

“So when will you clean the room? Don't tell me you plan to do it before the day of his arrival. Darrem controls his schedule so well. He might comeback sooner than you think.” Josie put five cans of tuna on the cart, and looks for mackerels in the shelves.

Serene was the one pushing the cart. “I'll do it later. I'm just warming up. There is not much to clean in his room, so I'm expecting that I'll finish cleaning it in
