Chapter 11: I'm Not Interested in Married Men

The nanny heard the noise and greeted them as she came out of the room. Her face, once radiant like a blooming chrysanthemum, withered when she saw the person in Aaron's arms. She hesitated and took a step back, her frightened gaze continuously shifting towards the woman. Their attempt at concealing the truth was so obvious that Elaine felt suspicious for not reacting at all.

Raising an eyebrow, she curiously asked, "Am I mistaken, or does my reaction seem unusual to you? Could it be that I am some sort of reincarnated devil?"

Aaron glanced down, his gaze meeting the innocent smile on the woman in his arms. His furrowed brow relaxed, revealing a hint of amusement, but it quickly turned into profound melancholy. He sighed deeply and said, "Let me explain this to you later."

Elaine felt an inexplicable tremor in her heart. She unexpectedly became nervous. Since he wanted to tell her about this matter, perhaps she finally had a chance to hear him speak about the details in his own words.
