Josefina entered the office and asked Frederico why she was called out of the blue.

"Take a seat first," Frederico told his wife, who sat beside him on the same couch. "Would you like to drink tea?" He asked his wife, who shook her head.

"Did you plan out all this with Gia?" Frederico asked Josefina, who widened her eyes and looked at Augustus. How could she forget that his step-son would not stop slandering her?

"I told your husband about it. Gia confessed yesterday that you are also involved with her," Eliana said and grabbed the attention of Josefina.

"I didn't do it," Josefina told a white lie.

"Really?" Eliana arched her brow and played the recording on her phone. Gia clearly mentioned that it was Josefina, who was with her. She widened her eyes and looked at her husband.
