ARIA'S POV

“What.. what's this supposed to mean?” I questioned, not knowing how to react to his sudden appearance and unexpected action.

“What does it look like?” He spoke, with a smile on his face.

Despite the discomfort I felt whenever he was around me, I couldn't deny the fact that he had a charming smile.

“You are here to train and I decided to spice it up, and also help by making the training even more real.” He replied as he withdrew his sword from its sheath.

“But I didn't ask for your help. I'm fine on my own.” I spoke sharply, maintaining a serious look.

“I don't think this is about how you don't really like me. I feel you should let that aside in times like this. What's more important is getting what we're after. Our mission.” Jamison spoke, sticking his sword to the ground.

“And I don't recall having you as a help in this mission. Why on earth is Aiden telling you about this?” I frowned my face and folded my arms, unwilling to go with what he said.

Although, he was right
