Five minutes in and they had made no progress beyond introductions. This was going nowhere.

Anzi should tell them the truth that the dragons are slaves to the masters. It’s not there fault.

The emperor almost killed her for fighting with the dragon egg watcher. Imagine if she was responsible for one of there owns death. Even if she had some bs excuse to pretend it wasn’t her fault. He would never accept it.

There is no way to know if she’s strong enough yet to even defeat the general. Or any of the dragon riders. She needs to be able to know there strengths and weakness. Also there is no way for her to kill one of there own without instant kill from the emperor. It’s unforgivable.
