Chapter Fifty Four

Elena's POV

Eric straightened in his seat clenching his fist and increasing my confusion.

“I have found my biological mother,” he said.

My mom gasped but looked happy.

“She’s married and lives in Maine Coast with her children and husband. Elena has met them,” he said.

Brandon’s face softens; he was the second person to know Jake’s past well.

“They are lovely people. They live in a historical palace there and its really beautiful,” I said.

“Congratulations, Jake. I would love to meet your mother,” mom said with a bright smile.

“She would love to meet you too,” he said.

“I’m glad you found her,” he said.

“Jake has a fourteen-year-old sister now. Her name is Ross and she reminds me of myself,” I said.
