Chapter Twenty-nine Part 1
As soon as I sane myself up inside the car, I check for my face once again for any possible signs from crying but when I saw that there wasn’t, I grab my handbag this time to apply some lip balm on my lips. My eyebrows’ make up smudged so I have to do it once again and prep myself up to look good as soon as I come out from the car. While fixing myself, I could not help but to sniff and is trying my best not to fall a tear while I am doing my smudged make up. It took me almost ten minutes to finish myself face before I purse a smile in front of the rear-view mirror.
"I have to look good." I whispered confidently. "Walking away from that place is a wrong decision and I must show him that I am over him and can be with the same place with him." I added while combing my hair this time.
"There!" I exclaimed, before finally flashing a smile. "My eyes kinda look puffy but I still look the same though."

I am pouting while holding the strap of my bag, wanting to get annoyed but I could not help but to laugh at the same time. Mister Dawson freaking kicked me out of his office because of that pen, what the hell. Yes, he kicked me out! I’ve experienced many wins in life, but I’ve also had more than my share of losses. Some losses came through no fault of my own. However, many were of my own making, coming from bad choices and dumb mistakes. On March 12, 2009, I made the mother of all stupid mistakes. I tried to go through security at a major airport with a forgotten handgun in my briefcase. That is a federal offense! It was by far the dumbest thing I’ve ever done.
