Arthur immediately took his human form and looked at Ophelia.

"A fight the Alpha wants, a fight he'll get. I cannot let him have you, my lady,"

Finlay's growling wolf was nearing the side of Arthur slowly, with bared fangs.

"He'll kill you, he's stronger than you can ever imagine." Ophelia was breathing really hard, she made to pull the boy backward but he shifted.

Finlay was enraged to have his wife fear for this lad, to be on his side. He felt betrayed and murderous because it was killing him to see Ophelia with someone else who wasn't him.

"Please, Arthur! Back out now," this was from Finn Ravenscort who knew the life of his only child and family was at stake.

"No, father." Arthur shifted into his wolf once more and just as he was about to charge at Finlay, Ophelia decided she had had enough and got in the way.
