Chapter 23: The Alpha father's Lies

I seem to have fallen asleep again and now that I'm back to my waking state but my eyes haven't opened yet, I'm hearing voices. My memory process is so fast that when my trance returned I immediately remembered what happened to me. My wounds seem to have healed, I'm curious if Lucas is here.

"I'm sure she'll ask about her wolf, Alpha."

I heard my father's voice. They're a long way from the room I'm in but my wolf deliberately used an ability so I could hear them. She didn't sleep under the surface.

The Alpha responded, "I don't know how to tell her. I know she deserves to know but my problem now is Agnes."

"She still Jealous," my father clarified what Alpha meant.

I opened my eyes and the first thing I saw was the white ceiling. As they continued their conversation, I also continued to listen secretly. I'm curious who Luna Agnes is jealous of.

The Alpha's voice popped up again, "But I won't hide my daughter from everyone in every situation. Dessy deserves to know the truth."
