Scarlett's head was abuzz with different thoughts. Where one ended was where the next began, and she felt like she would collapse.

She tried not to think of her father and what might happen to him should a war start. Even if Scarlett hated Liam, she believed that he loved his wolves more than any other thing in the world. He took his position as the alpha of the pack seriously. Had he not discarded her who has been by his side for five years to pick Olivia and his child with her, which would have been the future alpha? Had he not banished her, not even stopping to think for a moment if she might die out there, just because he thought she pushed Olivia down the stairs and caused his child to die?

Scarlett was sure he wouldn't allow any harm to come to his people, but even he himself could not control or stop other Alphas from coming together to fight against his pack, which was one of the biggest and strongest. They had too many enemies. Some of these other packs have been their enemi
