Sebastian's POV

I am saving both of them, I don't care how or when, but I know I can't lose any of them. Emily stood up and rushed to me, "What did the doctor say?" she asked.

I looked at her and Noah and burst into tears. I don't care if people are watching; I don't care about what others will say.

I was fed up and needed to let it out. Noah hugged me and allowed me to cry to my satisfaction.

I let my pain out and made sure there was nothing left hidden in my chest. After I calmed down, Noah asked what was going on.

I told him that the doctor said I couldn't save both of them and that I should choose to save just one. He also said he couldn't hear the baby's heartbeat anymore.
