Aurora sat beside Violet on the bed. She caressed ber shoulder and gave her a side hug.

"I don't think mom approves of anything, Violet. " She said.

Apart of her was hoping her sister was in love with Felix. Felix was the only man that knew Violet's worth. Other men would only go after her, because of her good looks. Men only cared about women that looked appealing in their arms. Most men were egocentric thus Violet would be treated like a puppet on a string. She wouldn't be granted her freedom. Aurora wanted what was best for her older sister. And she knew Felix was that good she needed.
