“No more serious business,” Cohen said as he tucked Mira back in the bed. “You need to rest and recuperate.”

She crossed her arms over her chest while her eyes hardened. “I just wanted to help Liam.”

“Babe, I understand that. We all wanted to help him but putting your life on the line is out of the equation. Plus, our little Alphas still need their momma.”

Cohen never understood the concept of childbirth even if someone was telling him a million times about it.
