GINA.

Today was the day, or should I say the D-day.

We have been planning for the mating ceremony for weeks to come, and it was here. I was a nervous wreck because, I was one of the people that would find their mate today, I did not know or have any hints who that might be at all.

Well I was not supposed to.

I rolled my eyes at myself at my own stupidity.

Heading up the stairs to Luna’s room. She had told me to call her Cass, but I still can’t get used to being given the privilege to call her by her name.

I was carrying her breakfast to her. Since the poison accident, I decided that I would be the one serving her food and whatnot until I was able to trust somebody else, or until further notice.

Adjusting the tray in my hand, I knocked on the door. Then heard her mumbled a come in, so I walked in.

“Good morning, Luna.” I said, bowing my head.

“Gina, good morning. How many times have I told you to call me Cass. You are family Gina, so it’s not bad for you to call me by my given name.” S
