JULIUS' POV

Sabastian revealed himself from behind Alaric and I took a step back while Alaric, sensing him shielded him from me even though he was unfazed.

"I see you two are finally enjoined."

"What do you want Sabastian?" I asked.

"Oh, nothing much, just came to remind you of the oath you made. And you know it has consequences." Sabastian said, and I just knew I couldn't get off his grip easily.

As Sabastian's words hung in the air, a shiver ran down my spine. I knew exactly what he was referring to - the oath I had made in a moment of desperation, when I thought it was the only way to save someone dear to me. But little did I know then, the grave consequences it would bring.

My mind raced, desperately searching for a way out of this predicament. I couldn't let Sabastian have his way. There had to be a solution, a way to break free from his grip and nullify the oath. But it seemed like an impossible task.
