Jack’s eyes turned black, he was seething beside me. He pushed me behind him and made a shield in front of me.

“We just want to speak to our daughter, can’t we do that?” My dad asked politely.

“Baby do you wanna talk to them.” Jack asked me, still staring daggers at them.

“I got it babe. Thanks.” I told him kissing him on the cheek.

“Yes.” They both answered.

“And what right do you have to do that hmmm? Come on humor me.” I told them, moving my hands all around.
