Lucien’s Discovery

LUCIEN’S POV

Lucien furiously wiped at his half bloodied face, his gaze shooting out to the maid who had toppled over in the room.

Her entrance has been quite dramatic, causing some kind of commotion that Lucien just didn’t care about. For all he knew, the servants here could be weak limbed and pathetic lots he didn’t care at all.

What bothered him heavily, was the humiliation he had just faced, and his fangs already out gnawed at his gum tightly. Lucien could taste blood, his eyes glowing bright red as he glanced back at Adolph Caesar who was now seated in his throne, a hand clutching his chest.

Lucien felt like walking up to him, grabbing him by the collar and wringing his neck out of his head, but he held himself back from performing any disastrous act. It wouldn’t bode out well for him at all, and even though he was prepared to fight now, his men were not all that fit to go into war at all.
