I slowly counted the steps that lead to my room, I was furious deep down. I had so many questions to ask and I was left more confused by the fact that all of this was beyond what I could handle.

As it was I could say I hated something. Two things for a matter of fact, to start with I hated the fact that I had lied to her face, I had no choice but to think about it. It was starting to look like a lot more could have been done.

I stared at my goddamn ring as I did, I could feel as the anger fucking burned, like inhaling mace in my soul, the fact that I was still wearing it after so long was like being punched in the throat, and being stabbed simultaneously.

That was how I felt at least at that moment, I couldn't get myself to think anything less as I gathered the last bit of strength I had from the entire situation and walked away.

I was restless and it was glaring to even the maid that I had walked past a couple of minutes before, all that was needed was that bit of animosity
