Juliet POV(the day of the masked ball)

“What dress will you wear? And will you be going with him?” Lisa, my friend asked over the phone as I smiled.

I had to adjust myself while they were working on my hair, I didn’t like the fact that they were wasting time. I couldn’t process my thoughts with how they all acted.

“Give me a second please, I need to do something.” I said to Lisa as my eyes were around the room, I couldn’t understand why they all acted like some child.
