Chapter 50

Dani POV

Its been three days.

Three days since my apartment was broken into, three days since i started staying with Mary-ann and three days since i started apartment haunting. It has been the most daunting task ever but its also been a whole lot of work. Right now i was currently finishing up a list which HR sent for me to review before i send it over to Arthur.

It has also been three days since i last saw him. He had not shown up to work and even when i saw his car parked out front, he was no where in sight. There was no one to ask about him, not even Robert, he has been busy in the past few days and anytime we cross paths he only waved at me with a broad smile which always made my day.

Now as i was waiting for the elevator to open, someone called out to me. It was Robert and he was rushing towards me when i turned. The elevator doors opened at the same time some staffs from marketing stepped out.
