Celeb pulled over at the garage of their apartment, he had taken the wheel from Katherine along the road.

He turned his eyes to her and drew a sharp breath. "Are you ready to face my mother?" He asked.

Katherine glanced at the building, dragging a slow breath, she nodded, she could tell what awaits her there, if she had gone alone, she would have faced the consequences alone.

"You know," Celeb turned to her after he unfastened his seatbelt. "You can decide to run away now, I will go in, act like you left, then in a few days I will get you all your luggage and you won't have to face my mother again, or this family." He looked into her eyes.

It was a tempting offer, Katherine had considered it, but she wasn't going to abandon him, he was a good person and running away wasn't what she is used to, she had never done that and can't do that.
