Chapter 67 - Syndicate's Traitor

A HORRIFYING scene of Silvester's mother with blood all over her body chasing him down made him jump from his seat with sweat running down his face. He looked at his surroundings in worry but found Dianne on the couch staring at him confusedly.

"I thought your wounds hurt," she pointed out while looking at his abdomen. He blinked a couple of times before clenching his wounds and falling to the ground, "Oww," he exaggerated.

"Are you okay? Looked like you were having a bad dream," she murmured before her gaze turned to the TV in front of them. Silvester glanced behind his back and hit the couch after getting scared of the zombie on the screen. "Jesus Christ!" he screamed before holding his heart.

Dianne laughed at his reaction and he sighed, now knowing why he suddenly had a nightmare. He fell asleep on her shoulder earlier and was not aware of what she was doing.
