Lucas sat beside me and took my hand in his. I don't think I've ever seen so much emotion go through him before and now he's doing it, it has me warm inside so I smiled. Like a really happy smile.
"You two are a wonderful couple" Mrs Simpson breaks our a little moment and I chuckled nervously. I knew my cheeks were ruddy and all so I just turned to Penny instead to hide my embarrassment.
