Rudolph

REALISING WHAT SHE had done, and looking into the widened eyes of everyone, Lacey gasped.

"I apologize for lashing out, I am just frustrated," she said with a sigh.

"Come here," Rudolph said and pulled her into a side hug. He then sent an apologetic look to Janessa who had a frown on her face.

No one spoke another word for the rest of the journey to the Vampire kingdom.

When they had all settled in their rooms, Robin called Rudolph into the room they shared with Diana.

Rudolph no longer shared a room with Robin since he and Lacey were now together.

"You should try to reduce your banter with Janessa, it seems like your girlfriend does not like it," Robin said.

"But it's just harmless banter, why would she be mad about it?" Rudolph asked as he sat beside Robin on the couch.

"You would never truly understand women, Little Brother, it's best to just stay out of things that might make them mad," Robin advised.

"But she was the one who told me to get along with Janessa.
