Short Chapter

My hand was on the doorknob. I was going to open the door just to hear what was going on out there. If Lily was awake or not.

"Stay right there" He growled.

"Oh haha yep. I'm right here" I lifted my hand from the door knob.

Slightly frowning, I looked over him obsessing over the situation with his thoughts. I might need to compromise a little here since he looks pretty freaked out.

"Out of curiosity though, how did he even know I was an angel?"

"It's something all high power beings can do. Most angels can detect when certain amounts of magic has been used. Even though they may not know the location, they can communicate with them through their powers and find out. Not many demons can do this. Only the ones at the highest power level"

So this means Lucifer detected my powers somehow and found me because of them? He doesn't know where I am yet but he could definitely find out. Why does he even want to? Why does he care about finding a random angel. Doesn't he already have enough staff
